Single Accountability

Linking diverse technologies is no simple task. It involves managing, in a timely and cost-effective manner, the people and processes that analyze design and implement the various aspects of a project.

Managing projects is what we do best and is the critical success factor in the provision of total solutions. As your single point of contact from design through post-implementation, we assume accountability for the total solution.

We have a four-phase approach to each project:

• We look at the problem from your perspective. Our technical consultants are skilled in identifying requirements in terms of your business goals. They design and recommend total solutions.
• We manage the project, including custom systems design, delivery and integration of third party products, testing, evaluation and education.
• We provide life-cycle support, once the solution is implemented.
